DAQ restarted, new Slow Controls and Guardian INI files
The DAQ was restarted for:
H1EDCU_ECATC1PLC1.ini (polarizer install)
H1EDCU_ECATC1PLC3.ini (SR3 RH)
H1EDCU_GRD.ini (latest guardian channel list)
The EDCU is now only red due to h1pemmy being down (during CP4 bake-out). List is attached.
