AMD installation in ITM chambers - 2nd day

The remaining AMDs (AMD3 and AMD4) have been installed in the ITMX and ITMY test masses. The install went well, and the epoxy curing passed the dynamic test. Tomorrow we will remove the jigs from the chambers, which should be straightforward. We will also post a detailed log about the AMDs exact locations on the flats+pictures.
