I added the IPC connection to get mode cleaner length info over to the IMC ASC lockin system.  In order to not change the common library part, I ended up using the MC_F input to the IMC block in the LSC model. I confirmed that I could see my dither lines from the last IMC A2L spot measurement in this channel, so it should be fine. 

The models compiled fine on h1build. These models (LSC and ASCIMC) are ready for restart followed by a DAQ restart, on the next Tuesday maintenance that we're rebooting models.
