After Betsy finished with FC removal, I unlocked both ITMY & ITMX ISIs. Running tfs now, ITMY is done and looks good (first two plots).

ITMX looks like it has one corner that has consistently ~10% low response (last two plots), but this is the chamber and corner that Hugh found the cables damaged on so I suspect that maybe the actuator cables got pulled when the CPS rack got attacked. Probably very difficult to assess right now with the cleanroom in the way. Doesn't look like a table short or bad sensors, so I think we are still okay.
