Today, with the help of Slawek and Seb in and out of chamber, Kissel on TFs, and Jim and Fil on ESD checks and ISIs, we:
- Made a pitch adjustment to ITMY to account for the new AMD weight and bring the pointing sliders closer to their center (ITMX was at ~15% of it's range and on the OPLEV so didn't adjust)
- Put locking brackets on ACBs, to let them free-hang wedged-open for space for my body and the FC cone for the next steps
- Locked the ITMs and applied spray on First Contact, including reinforced painted ring around the edges
- Finished packing up AMD stuff
- Checked continuity from the CP 5x ESD solder joints at the mass to all the way to the feedthru
- Pulled the FC from each optic (looked good!! only minor cleanup with acetone around the outer 1" of the edges)
- Unclamped ITMs
- Adjusted ITMY lower EQ stops to make sure nothing would sag into them after pumping down
- Unlocked ISIs
- Particle counts as leaving chamber were 1.0um < 350-600 and 200 or lower for all other smaller sizes
- WBT'ed everything so room was clear for doors
- Ran TFs on all chains and ISIs
- Tyler and Mark tacked both BSC doors on with 4 bolts.
- Walked out of LVEA at 3:40pm.
Note - Earlier in the week Kyle mentioned concern for the cleanroom joint around the top of these BSC doors - when I inspected yesterday (and today) they are fine. Earlier in the week, Mark and Tyler built the Ameristat dam around the back of the door flanges like always. So no problems...
