EX HEPI Pump Station flow valved back into the VEA

After changing the fluid filter 2+ weeks ago, the fluid has been recirculating just at the Pump Station with valve caused back pressure at 80psi. This is about the nominal pressure during normal running and is done to check for leaks at the filters just changed.

With approval from vent captain, the valve configuration has been changed to return flow to the VEA.  The flow is still bypassing the HEPI Actuators and their flex lines from the 4-way valves.  The Pump Stations are running under local servo control at 20psi.  Happy to run in this way for a week or two and then will be ready to switch to nominal configuration when allowed.
