Transitioned the LVEA to Laser Safe.

Note: Both shutters (from PSL into HAM1) are open and not locked out.

         The ISCHT6R laser power supply light indicated the power supply was off. However, the key was still in the on position. Moved key to off position and removed. The power supply key is next to the door key.

        Rearranged the laser barriers around the enclosure at HAM5 to better seal off the entrance to the enclosure.
