Topped of the Crystal Chiller with 250mL of water.  (Diode Chiller was fine.)

Inspected the two filters.  The one on the left (labeled "X") had a black ring on the bottom of the filter.  Not sure if this was normal, so I contacted Jeff B.  (this is a new type of filter and so these filters have a black sealing gasket at the bottom of the filter.  So mainly look for noticeable amounts of particulates on white filter and particulates at the bottom of the container for the filter.)
