I've balanced ETMX UIM/L1 coils using the demodulated optical lever method (LHO aLOGs 11392 and 9453). 

I'll characterize in more detail tomorrow, but here are the results:

Recall that the signs are funky on UR and LR because we think the polarity of these two channels are flipped in hardware (see LHO aLOG 42732, and IIET Ticket 10998).
