CO2X on-table alignment

Currently CO2X is not very well aligned on the FLIR as well as the central and annular masks before it (see attached images). TVo and I plan on centering this soon. Hopefully this helps center CO2X on the CP as well.

We aligned the CO2X beam onto the FLIR but the central and annular masks still need to be aligned to the beam.
