ISS AOM driver power 
With the ISS AOM driver disconnected, the output of the 24V power strip was -25.39V and
+23.83V.  The driver only uses the +24V power form.  A new, larger gauge power cable was
pulled in.  +24.8V was measured at the business end of the cable.

Turned on the AOM driver and aligned the AOM.  Saw the diffracted beam.  Took some
diffracted power versus applied offset slider data.  At the moment we are diffracting
~1.6W.

    The ISS still needs a reasonable amount of tweaking and adjustment.
