CO2X on-table alignment and CO2Y block

Blocked CO2Y with a beam dump because guardian kept turning it on over the weekend while commissioners were working on PRMI. Guardian shouldn't do this anymore since Sheila commented out the CO2 power request in the preheating code but I just wanted to be safe.
Alignment on the CO2X table
Centered the central and annulus masks to the CO2X beam path (see FLIR images attached)
Did the rest of the on-table alignment of the CO2X and red alignment beams to the two irises right before the periscope. We took a picture of the red alignment beam on the zinc selenide viewport to BSC3 (see attached image). Once HWSX is up and running, we can investigate CO2X beam quality at the CP.
