We fixed a wiring issue on the Corner 3 chassis.  Terminal 20 channels 3 and 4 were crossed.  Signals are now routed to their expected locations.  Channel 3 should be (AS_Sign_chn2) and channel 4 should be (AS_OK2) per E1101221.  This completes WP7735.
