started ITM Ring heater scripts
I started the script that Thomas sent me to turn the ring heaters on at about 7:50 UTC on August 8th (12:50 am)
They will end in an hour. I shuttered the ALS beams at around 8:00 UTC since I wasn't sure if this test needs them off.
