WP7749 temporary addition of ISI HAM[2-4] GS13 fast channels to DAQ

WP7749 Hugh, Dave:

New models were restarted for h1isiham[2-4] and the DAQ was restarted.

Each model has six new 4kHz DQ channels added to the DAQ (total of 18 channels)
