I think I have seen this before this week, the h1omcpi model (64kHz) ran long this afternoon with a cycle time of 50uS (max is 15uS). /proc/h1omcpi/status shows that the max cpu had been as high as  66uS on Aug 02 2018 18:29:39 PDT. A DIAG_RESET of all models cleared the TIM and IPC latched bits. If this becomes a regular occurance, I'll auto-clear the bits to provide a better trend.
