h1sush2a failed again last night at Aug 10 2018 22:51:28 PDT.

Unlike yesterday afternoon, this time the communication between the CPU and the IO Chassis had stopped. This morning Sheila power cycled the IO Chassis and computer to restore the OneStop communications.

Richard suggests this could be another degrading OneStop fiber transceiver, if it persists we can swap over to using a fiber from the spares pool.

The power cycle procedure was: stop models, take node out of dolphin, power down cpu, power down IO Chassis (front then back switch), power up IO Chassis (back then front switch), power on cpu.

h1iopsush2a went into a very minor negative-IRIGB excursion, which only lasted a few minutes. All is good again now.
