I have removed the test mass oplev damping from the guardian. As things are currently, the optics take longer to damp with the oplevs on than with them off. This is true of all 4 test masses. ETMX is more egregious in that the kick it receives upon lockloss can push the optic off the oplev entirely, and then the oplev loop just goes into oscillation.
When we have some time, we should re-look at these loops. And, recenter ETMX's oplev.
