We tracked the frequent lock-losses in CART_TO_ANALOG to SRM: the M3 to M1 relief filter was producing a lot of ringing around 20Hz when kicked. And it gets kicked by CARM transients during 1dB steps in CARM, feeding forward to SRC through the input matrix. We lowered the M1 gain from -0.02 to -0.01. (updated in Guardian) This reduced the transients enough that we no issues in CARM_TO_ANALOG anymore. We also successfully engage the 4kHz analog boost again, and left that as default in Guardian..

Next we locked the OMC, but needed to fix the OMC camera.
