We have a pretty consistent recycling gain of 32 right now (we've seen it go up to 34 during an alignment transient, so there's more, but we're already pretty good).  So, we elected to pico the ASC POP QPDs so that we can close the PRC1 loop to hold the PRM. 

We tried moving the beam spot on PR2, and this is really about the best spot that we have so far.  So, we'll perhaps reconsider after we've walked around the SOFT pointing, but this is our current best. 

Right now, we have INP1, PRC2, and CHARD all coming on at the same time in the ENGAGE_REFL_POP_WFS state.  Executing that state has worked several times now.
