ISS second loop back in ISC_LOCK guardian
- Re-tuned offsets in the ISS second loop screen (see first screenshot below).
- Adjusted ISS first loop reference signal to have a diffracted power of about 1.5% (see second screenshot below)
- The IMC_LOCK guardian can engage the second loop as before, when you request the state ISS_ON
- Modified the ISC_LOCK guardian: put back the ISS engagement in the state DRMI_LOCKED_CHECK_ASC.
