ISS 2nd loop reference servo was saturating, causing the ISS 1st loop to loose lock.
ISS 2nd loop reference servo was saturating, causing the ISS 1st loop to loose lock.
We put a clear into the IMC DWON state:
ezca['H1:PSL-ISS_SECONDLOOP_REFERENCE_SERVO_RSET'] = 2
That should fix it.
