ETMX ring heater test

After the ETMX ring heater test in alog 43539 we restarted the Hartmann code with the green beam shuttered. It looks like the spherical power / prism trend data and contour plotting has improved (see attached figures). The Hartmann centering on the ETM looks good in yaw but could be slightly improved in pitch.

Great work all! This is the first ETM HWS measurement that ticks all the requirements boxes:
- Large spatial extent
- Minimal systematic errors from high spatial frequency noise
- Low temporal noise in the system
