We are leaving the IFO in the "LARGE_EQ" state because of the Mag 7 EQ in New Caledonia.  

In the morning an initial alignment will be needed.  

We've commented out the y arm states from the initial alignment guardian to avoid confusion . These states align IM4 + PR2 to the Yarm, which is only used when trying to align the input beam to the y arm for example for measuring the Y arm loss.  During our normal initial alignment we want to set these to align the input beam to the x arm, not the y arm.
