HAM1 Table Position/Rotation

Measured the x/y axis positions and rotation of the table in HAM1 this afternoon. Positions are reported as the error from nominal and rotation is reported assuming a top-down view.
- X-axis Position: 0.0 mm
- Y-axis Position: 3.1 mm West
- Rotation: 246 µrad CW
