FYI -

I've started to look at the some SRCL questions which Peter F asked. There are some plots in the SEI log 1393 using H1 data from Aug 17, 2017.

Short version - The BW of the SRCL loop is limited by the motion of the SusPoint of the SRM, SR2 and SR3 in the ~ 1-3 Hz region, and this comes from the rx (tilt) motion of HAMs 4 & 5.

I don't see a quick fix for this, but we are talking about it.
