My IMC_IN camera (IO_GigE_2), shows an alignment change at power up.  I looked for that change in the IFO, and found a shift in multiple optics, with the largest change in ETMX.  I compared the current changes at power up to changes from July 2017, and the current changes are 4x larger on ETMX in both pitch and yaw.  The 2017 changes are from 0urad to 0.5urad, and the 2018 changes are up 2+urad.  The current changes may be completely insignificant, but because they are noticeable in the trends, I'm making this entry.  Plot1: camera, rotation stage, ETMX OpLev Yaw.  Plot2: rotation stage and pitch and yaw for ETMX, ITMX, and BS, for 2017 (lower plots), and 2018 (upper plots).
