I have switched the PRC2 ASC loops to use the in-vac REFL WFS, rather than the in-air POPX WFS.  This is now in the guardian, although if it needs to be reverted, one could switch the logic on the IF statement in PREP_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO.  We have gone through the acquisition sequence up to NomLowNoise with this new error signal, so things look good so far.  This lock, I closed the POP beam diverter by hand.  I have added it to the guardian so it will close automatically in future locks.

• Old PRC2 Pit = -0.05 * POPX
• New PRC2 Pit = 0.02 * REFL_A_9_I + 0.0136 * REFL_B_9_I
• Old PRC2 Yaw = -0.1 * POPX
• New PRC2 Yaw = 0.056 * REFL_A_9_I + 0.047 * REFL_B_9_I
