SHIFT SUMMARY:

• SEI_CONF  => WINDY_NO_BRSX  (this is due to EX BRS needing to be repaired...this should be fixed during upcoming Tues Maintenance.)
• Recovery from --h1seih[23,45] IOP DACKILL crash this morning-- shed light on an issue which was missed:  HAM2,3,4,&5 came back with a wrong gain value for Sensor Correction.  This made these HAMs noisier than normal & locking H1 not trivial.  Jim noticed this around 21:50 (2:50pmPDT) and restored HAM ISIs to correct state (and commissioners have reported noticeable improvement for locking since this was fixed.).
