Two issues have come up recently:

FRS11679 h1psliss unable to load filters (appears to be a more aggressive form of FRS11529)

FRS11680 h1seih[23,45] IOP DACKILL crash at 03:29 PDT this morning.

I'll update the FRSes and alog during the investigation.
