Modematching solution for 532nm feedthrough and fiber replacement

Original green pump path mode matching (Pic1) according to Nutsinee's fiber coupler mode measurement and distances from alog 40362.

• Coupler (/Collimator): 0mm
• L1:  ROC+75mm (f=162.8mm), 152mm from the collimator
• SM: steering mirror, 180 mm
• L2:  ROC-75mm (f=-162.8mm), 199 mm
• M1 of OPO: 234mm
• Target large waist: 154um radius @ 294mm (From VOPO Design v7 Tab.1 and Fig. 2)
• Overlap: ~89%.

Solution with new coupler (Pic. 2) according to Fabrice's measurement:

• Change L1 to ROC+150mm (f=325.6mm) (E1000845-03) at original position. No other changes needed.
• Overlap: 99.8%
• The super-polished lens will be cleaned in next week.
