Remarks:
 - LSC auxiliary couplings: they are about a factor of 2 higher now than in 2015 at 30Hz.
 - Also, in 2015, we used rolled off the signals faster, but rolled them back up again at higher frequencies to gain back phase. So above 60Hz, LSC AUX was completely out of the picture.
 - ASC noise: at 20Hz the ASC noise is now 10x (!) higher in DARM now compared to 2015. Hang is working on that now.
