Reverted Common Mode AO gains

Reverted Common Mode AO gains

H1:LSC-REFL_SERVO_FASTGAIN set to +24dB (from 0dB)
H1:IMC-REFL_SERVO_IN2GAIN set to -24dB (from 0dB)

These 2 gains are the output and input gains of the additive offset path from the common mode board to the IMC servo. This signal is very small and needs to be amplified to come above the noise floor in  H1:LSC-REFL_SERVO_CTRL.

Dick mentioned that the AO cable is a coax rather than a twisted pair LEMO. Fil made a new cable and replaced it. Decided to do some testing and noticed that the limiter on the CM fast path is permanently on regardless what the EPICS screen says. I check the CM board and it works. This  signal is on pin 19 of a DB37... Unfortunately, when unconnected, the limiter is on by default. The schematics says "Diodes only for mode cleaner board," but this isn't true.

IMC board has pin 19 connected.

Fil inserted pin 19 and now the limiter is permanently off (pin shorted to ground). Good enough for now.
