EY ready for y-arm!
IP11 valved in, plus two NEGs. Total pressure is 5.1e-8 Torr. Pre and post vent RGA scans attached.
Pre-vent scan is open to beam tube and IP11 is valved out (both NEGs valved in)
Post-vent scan represents volume being pumped by IP11 + NEG4 + NexTorr HV NEG.
