Entered command through Beckhoff to start degas at 19:27 UTC.

It appears the command did not succeed because the pressure is currently too high. The manual states that it must be below 7.2×10-6 mbar (5.4×10^-6 torr). It is currently 1.72e-05 torr.

I entered the command to turn it off.
