1) Changes of 0.23 to 0.32 on IM4 TRANS QPD are large, and will be seen in the IFO
2) The IMC beam spot measurement script (setting P2L and Y2L gains) is being run today if/when the IFO breaks lock
a) this will tell me how much the beam changed at IM1, a change that is then propagated through the IO system and into the IFO
