When installing the new update I got the two BIO master output tags messed up on only ITMX, which led to the ST2 damping loops being unstable. This happened because the tags on the output side were collapsed small enough they just said -T-, instead of big enough BIN_OUT_1 and DIG_OUT_2, as shown on the first attached screenshot. These get sent back to the input model so they can be used to control the simultaneous switch on digital/analog gain and whitening. My first clue that something was wrong was taking stage 2 L2L tfs, and the 3 horizontal tfs didn't look all the same (red, blue and green on the top plot of the second image), and the steeper high frequency slope on the H3 GS13 tf, made me suspect something was wrong with the whitening. When I looked at the BIO screen the settings were kind of messed up (third screen shot is bad, fourth is a good time ~24 hours ago) and the lights didn't change in a reasonable way. When I switched dwht and gain filters off and on, they changed different GS13 states (not the ones that were supposed to change, h2 gain would switch the h3 analog gain) and a few T240 settings. We first suspected some error in the BIO, so we restarted the whole ITMX rack, but that didn't change anything. Then, Dave found the mixed up tags, so we fixed them and rebuilt the model, it's working now.
