turbo backing carts decoupled from HAM 1,6
I removed the turbo controller cables from the pumps on top of HAM 1 & 6 and parked the carts away from HEPIs.
Vacuum is now fully recovered from Nov. vent.
HAM 6 scaffolding can be removed.
