Some notes from tonights locking attempts:

• Microseism started increasing steadily about 8 hours ago
• The IFO seems to have poor initial alignment still. When we were locking earlier in the evening the lock was very noisy, PRG, RF18, arm powers were fluctuating a lot. When engaging all the ASC loops PRC1/PRC2 are changing drastically stilll.
• During one lock we got to CHARD_BLEND but the increase power state only went up to 16.4W(??)
• Seb switched to the microseism SEI config, which seemed to help, but as it increased further we were still having no success
• During the last few DRMI lock attempts we kept losing the arms
• Violin mode guardian had some new modes which didn't have monitors yet. This was causing EZCA connection errors. For now we just commented them out.
• Initial alignment still doesn't seem to work well, still had to touch up MICH in CHECK_MICH_FRINGES
• PRMI would only have short locks with the new phasing of REFL_AIR, of order a few seconds
