We modified the boost filters in the ARM ASC loops to try to simultaneously put more gain at microseismic which dominates our RMS, and not rely too much on the loop features so that they are more stable as the input power changes.

In the first and second plot we show the boost filter for DH_P and C/DH_Y. In the third and forth plot we are the modeled DH_P and C/DH_Y open loop transfer functions at an input level of 10 W. The CH_P boost is not yet changed since that loop seemed to be fine for now.

We also tried to put a res gain at 0.12 Hz in the PRC2 P loop to help stabilize the POP18 fluctuations we've been seeing recently. Doesn't seemed to solve the problem though.
