While doing the DQ shift for ER13, I found harmonics in the strain which lead to finding 48.3Hz as the first harmonic peak, showing up sharply in central station accelerometers, loudest in HAM3 PR2 ACC. In DARM it is broadened, possibly by scattering, and shows up more in its 2nd and 3rd harmonics. The accelerometer is quantized to switch up and down by 0.7 Hz.
