The update that Jim pushed today required me to update the SEI SC nodes. This allows the HAM nodes to use Brian L's new fader code, just like the stage 1 BSC's. The configuration files needed to be updated and a handful of files needed minor changes, but no overall code changes. The top level SEI_CONF node also reflects these changes.

The Large EQ button was tested and a few of the more popular SEI_CONF states. The IFO has been left in the WINDY configuration.
