The Foton filter files for HAM2-ISI and HAM3-ISI were moved

from:
opt/trtds/lho/h1/chans
to:
opt/rtcds/userapps/release/isi/h1/filterfiles/

Softlink to these filter files were created in:
opt/trtds/lho/h1/chans

Dave made changes to the RCG so the softlinks mentionned above can be preserved during the make process.
