A couple of smaller fixes:

• Fixed the save/restore for some of the whitening channels in the squeezer (copy paste error).
• Removed the whitening channels for SQZ-OPO_IR_PD (don't exist).
• Added ALS frequency channels which use the beat note readbacks rather than the VCO readbacks.
