Around GPS time 1233436497 I updated the GDS calibration pipeline filters and configuration and the production and redundant DMT machines.  The new filters were created using run script

aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/ER14/H1_run_td_filters_1233436497.sh

which is based off of the params file

aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/O3/H1/params/modelparams_H1_20190118.py

The new filters file is found in the calibration SVN under

aligocalibration/trunk/Runs/ER14/GDSFilters/H1GDS_1233436497.npz

The new configuration file points to this new filters file and also includes updates based on changes in the newly installed gstlal-calibration-1.2.7 package.  The major changes in configuration are related to the calculation of the CALIB_STATE_VECTOR.  In the new configuration, the pipeline now uses CAL-INJ_STATUS_OUT_DQ channel to determine the hardware injection states.  It is also temporarily using the GRD-IFO_OK channel to determine OBSERVATION-READY, OBSERVATION-INTENT, and FILTERS-OK.  This is only a placeholder until new Guardian systems are put in place for these state determinations.

Attached are plots of the new filters compared to the underlying model as derived from pyDARM.
