Increased amount of Matlab's java Heap Memory from default of 128M to 512M on the workstation attached to the SEI test stand.  This is to try to solve an error reporting that the java Heap Memory has been exhausted when a large test script was loaded.  The new value is probably too big, but I didn't see the error any more.  Note that the maximum value allowed is over 3G.
