WP#8101

Created 6 new SC nodes for HAM1 and BSC HEPIs. They use the same base code as the other SC nodes, so not much new here. Jim has updated the SEI_CONF manager, and I updated the overviews (though not the ISI_CONFIG.adl screen).

The SEI_CONF node has not been tested with these new nodes yet, so be wary using it and feel free to call Jim or I if there is a problem.
