I dunno if it's on the "liens" list or not, but this is one more reason to consider Bounce and Roll Mode dampers (BRDs) for the Beam Splitter.

In general, the idea would be to make the ISC / global plants that involve the beam splitter a little more easy to handle.
- ASC control design wouldn't have to deal with as much phase loss from this plant feature
- We wouldn't have to worry as much about kicking up these modes after a lock loss or during lock acquisition
- We could increase the MICH LSC loop gain.
