OPLEV Charge measurements for the ETMX was performed today. Attached file shows the analysis performed on the MATLAB. The long term trend of the charge effective bias is consistent with the previous values and no large change is observed. 

SDF showed that the biased voltage (ETMX) was turned OFF, Jenne showed me how to turn it back ON. All other values were restored for lock acquisition.
