DQ Shift: LHO, ER14 week 2, Monday 11 March 2019 00:00 UTC - Sunday 17th March 23:59 UTC

Overall locked duty cycle over 7 days: 55%.
Lots of long locks (6+ hours) for commissioning, with PSL power into IMC ~ 30 W.
No attempt to go into observing mode, except - Observing mode switched on for 120 seconds on March 15, 1236739340 - 1236739460. Successful! alog 47572
BNS ranges varying between 85-105 Mpc, mostly between 90-100 Mpc. For 20 minures on 3/17/19, BNS range pushed 110 Mpc, with SQZ at -1.5 dB.
SR3 heater on at 5W. alog 47591
- SR3 heater work - see ~ 5 Mpc improvement - alog 47351, alog 47525 .
- SR3 heater test at GPS = 1236763101 (2019-03-16 02:18:03 PDT). Going out and back into low noise, around 25 times, ending around 17:00. alog 47578
